Human Design is a framework that melds ancient and modern sciences to provide data, guidance, and context to HOW we are built, from genetics to a cosmology, so that we can be in greater awareness, and in more compassionate relationship to ourselves- and in turn create our lives with greater ease, joy, and satisfaction.

It's like a loving road map, user's guide, or playbook from the Cosmos- on how we innately move (when we are in a state of alignment and not weighted down by conditioning).​​

​Deconditioning and coaching sessions are for folks who have had an Intro reading and Deep Dive session and want on-going guidance and support in their deconditioning and Human Design experiment. 
In these sessions, we will co-create and strategize how you can lean into your chart and variables to gently clear out your system so that you can live with greater alignment, clarity, and enjoyment.
