Experience, create, and replenish yourself with an hour of heart-centered, body-loving, mind-calming,
spirit-revitalizing ZEN GOODNESS.
We'll begin with a body-focused, breath-following, guided meditation. Once settled and prepared to journey on our meditation, a card from the Ascended Masters deck will be pulled to bless and guide our time together. Nearing the end of our hour, we'll create a sound bath to open and share the the sound of our collective vibration! Sounds baths are intuitive, throat-opening, voice-strengthening, heart-lifting songs of JOY! ♥
